Trump Tower Moscow Attempts

I'm looking forward to reviewing all the known facts as well as falsehoods or myths surrounding Sater's involvement with the attempts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow.  But for now, this shell of a page will be the placeholder.

Targeting completion for June/July 2020.

Felix Sater HPSCI Testimony Transcript December 20, 2017

Though this page will end up being very long and detailed regarding the timeline, players, and facts of the third and seemingly most important attempt to build a Trump Tower in Moscow, I do want to leave these points here for consideration in the interim.

1. Felix Sater's Attorney, Robert Wolf, Makes Valid Points in His Statement

Mr. Wolf makes note of a few things which have troubled me in the media's portrayal of Felix Sater, one being their focus more on what took place between 1991-1996, rather than what's more interesting and occurred later and aligns more with what's unfolding now between 2016-2020.

While it is yes, possible, Felix Sater fooled the entire US intelligence community at the highest levels of government for his entire cooperation period in working with them, there is no evidence Mr. Sater is presently under any suspicion, nor was ever under any suspicion for being "Putin's asset" or part of the Mogilevich network, or any of the other internet theories regarding him.  While anything is possible, this is very unlikely.  As Mr. Wolf points out, if they ever were suspicious of him or his intentions and felt utilizing him as an asset, informant, or whichever term you choose, was risky and could in any way endanger the lives of others in the military or intelligence worlds, he would never have been permitted to cooperate with them for as long as it has been confirmed he did.

This is common sense.

Here are just a handful of examples out of of hundreds, maybe thousands, where this conspiracy theory is being perpetuated online:

Even Mother Jones who took relish in perpetuating the Mueller Russiagate investigation along with Felix Sater's role in facilitating the Trump Tower Moscow talks wrote an article questioning what was going on; why Sater's testimony regarding all things Donald Trump, Trump Org, and Trump Tower Moscow had now been changed to private.

3.  When there was a lunch break recess during Sater's July 2019 testimony, he spoke to the media with his lawyer and accused Glenn Simpson of committing perjury when he testified regarding Sater being linked to the Mogilevich Network and the Prevezon Holdings case..

If you recall in Mr. Simpson's testimony, he specifically stated:
